Template

Measure twice, cut once—it’s especially important when you’re dealing with stone. That’s why Alpha Countertops relies on a state-of-the-art digital templating system to meticulously measure your surface. In fact, Alpha is one of the few stone merchants in central Arkansas offering this innovative capability. The result is a template with a degree of precision few competitors can match.

View

If you want to see what your finished stone countertops will look like before the first cut is made, we can make it happen. Alpha’s Slabsmith program, one of the few of its kind in central Arkansas, captures an image of your slab, uploads your template, sets it on the slab, and shows the entire layout. You’ll love the sneak peek at your dream!

Fabricate

Your Alpha fabrication engineer uses a CAD program to draw your project and prepare it for the Computer Numeric Control (CNC) waterjet saw that cuts the stone. Next, your fabrication engineer routers the stone’s edge to your desired profile and hand-polishes the edges for maximum smoothness. We use a system that helps create the tightest seams possible.

Transport

Once the stone is ready for shipment, our installation crew loads the stone on an A-frame truck to keep your cut slab safe and drives it to your location.

Install

The expert Alpha installation team arrives on-time to install your gorgeous new countertops professionally and efficiently, with as little inconvenience to your daily routines as possible. Alpha installation technicians are known for projects with the best and tightest seams in the area. We will even tear out your existing countertops.
